The font

  18x18ja.bdf -misc-fixed-medium-r-normal-ja-18-120-100-100-c-180-iso10646-1

in

  http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/download/ucs-fonts-asian.tar.gz

now covers all characters from the following character sets:

  JIS X 0208, JIS X 0212, GB 2312-80, KS X 1001:1992, CP437, CP1252

which should makes it suitable to display all characters that are
accessible via ISO-2022-JP-2.
