And your point is?  If you care about those loosing systems then add
some extra functionality to the package to work around the problems.
But don't simply reject perfectly valid and working solutions if they
are available.  There are always systems which are not always
providing all the functionality but if nobody is using these functions
anywhere they never will get wide-spread support.
