I suspect TT font's don't encode such information; it's really quite difficult
in an outline format to prove that every possible pixel size will keep every
pixel within the box bounded by the setwidth of the characters and the 
designed font height.  And, I've seen very few fonts which do, except for
the specially hacked X charcell fonts.
