Cool. I would be nice to see some more details about the number of
variants.

Criticism about Microsoft not providing Hong Kong specific fonts are
quite common here.  But I don't think it's possible to make that kind
of distinction in a 16x16 pixel cell.

The font looks great.  I didn't know that there were any free Big5
Plus (or GBK) fonts available on the net.  This is good news.  The
only problem is that my screen is too small for a 24x24 font...

And, of course, now I will need a Big5+ to Unicode mapping table. I've
never seen one---is it available (a quick check on the web doesn't
return anything).
