In editors, only wchar-based cursor movement makes sense. Cells are not
meaningful entities for an editor. In UTF even less so than in EUC.
Of course the number of cells must be kept track of (e.g. for breaking
lines correctly at the right border), but that doesn't seem to relate to
cursor movement.
