Unicode support for GNU Emacs

Since it was so little work, I've extended my patch for GNU Emacs to
cover Unicode fully (*). It uses a Unicode font now (I'm using
Markus' 9x15 misc-fixed font right now), which is used for the whole
range U+0000 to U+28ff and U+fb00 to U+ffff (with the exception of
Thai, Lao, Tibetan, Ethiopic, and Jamo). Also added is complete
coverage for U+2e80..U+33ff, the Ideographic block (U+4e00..U+9fa6),
and all Hangul syllables (both precomposed syllables as well as
syllables encoded using conjoining Jamo, including many archaic
syllables).

All you need to know is at http://www.cs.ust.hk/~otfried/Mule/
(including a screen shot of Emacs editing Markus demo document).

Cheers,
  Otfried

(*) Before you start counting characters, I'll admit that there's no
coverage for Ideographic extension A (for which I haven't seen a
font yet), and that I'm missing a conversion table for Ethiopic
    (any volunteers?).
