Rendering Indic (includes Tibetan, Myanmar, and Khmer) is non-trivial and the
BiDi algorithm has little to do with it.  There are no standards to work with.
Fonts that already exist currently dictate how rendering is done for these
scripts, and that is likely to be the case for a long time to come.
