Andries Brouwer has released man-pages-1.26. It contains manual pages for
80% of the wcs/mbs family of functions.

A new version of the Unicode-HOWTO. Added a section about portability
of the wcs/mbs family of functions, and about the locale dependence of
wchar_t.
