Some Error Message Got While Running Our Application

Hi 

I am working on some VOIP application . I got some error messages while 
testing my application. These messages come after running the application for
half an hour .
These are the linux system messages.
1) BUG IN DYNAMIC LINKER ld.so:dl-minimal.c:69:malloc:assertion 'Page
!=((void*)-1)' failed.
2) Unable to load interpreter /lib/ld.linux.so.2
3)/bin/mingetty:error in loading shared libraries:libc.so.6 failed to to map
segment from shared object: cannot allocate memory
4)Unable to load interpreter /lib/ld-linux.so.2
INIT:Id "2" responding too fast : disabled for 5 minutes

Any help or suggestions??
