want to know about MM in Linux

Hi:
I am a student of Computer Engineering from Chile and i would like to know
about de memory management in the different kernel versions, the changes from one version
to the other and how they manage memory, more specfifically for the
version 2.2, 2.4 and 2.6.
I was searching the web for this information all day and i haven't found
anything...
If you could send me this information or a web page from where to obtain
this information, i'll really appreciate it.
