sorry, I could not find a current email address for you, for here goes:

I am Frank Pohlmann and I live in Bangalore, India. I am a very active
member of local LUG and we are organizing a very, very technical Linux
conference. Think no vendors, think lots of programmers.

It is going to take place at the beginning of December and we would really
like you to give one (or two) talk(s). About - you guessed the Linux VM. I
know it is a long way to go (are you in the Netherlands or in Brazil?)

Oh, about me. I used to be a Linux editor for O'Reilly and then for
Wrox.....

Ok, I hope you would like to go to India and talk about Linux:)
