ext2fs_open() query

block_size, io_manager manager,ext2_filsys *ret_fs)

what is
1. const char *name
2. io_manager manager

and where can i find the details of the ext2fs API's, I have seen docs
which come with e2fsprogs-1.19 but could not find adequate information.
