Some new stuff - new page for the web team

hi,

You might already recevied emails about the updates
that I've done. I've just put a new page about the web
team formed. Please take a look and enrich it. As I don't
know the name/info of other team members, their names
and info are missed. Please forgive me and update
yourself.

In fact, I've created a directory under linux-mm named
"new". This should be the root of the new and forthcoming
linux-mm page. I suggest populate it with the current
/linux-mm/* and start designing and updating. Any suggestions
and comments?

The page is rather a draft and should subject to drastic
changes, just like the recent changes to Linuxdoc.org.
