Hi Rik,

    After a long and busy summer, my workload is halved. In fact,
I should say the workload goes back to what it should be...
First of all, I'm sorry about the situation. Secondly, I just
found it difficult to kickstart the work here. Would you
minding giving me some advises/pointers on what I should start?
