first mission

Hi everyone,

I guess our first mission will be to set up an FAQ
which explains the current jungle of licenses.
Which is capable of donating code to something with
another license, which is capable of accepting code
and what is the difference between the licenses?

GPL
LGPL
Artistic
BSD
MPL
NPL
QPL
JPL (well, ignore that one:)
Public Domain
...?

Once we have set up a little knowledge base about the
licenses, we can serve our purpose much, much better.
(IMHO, of course. I'd be happy if someone disagreed
and we didn't have to do all that work :)
