If the bas beowulf system was brought semi-in-sync with the kernel and 
merged itn that'd be a great start.  Alternatively some group could form 
a LinCluster API spec that would allow for at least same-plkatform (nd 
alternately and preferably) cross-linux-platform clustering (IE x86, 
SPARC, and ALPHA in same chunk).

linux-kernel has been talking about MOSIX, what they do would be nice to 
be re-done in a free manner (IE O.S./GPL)
