What's almost ready?

I was encouraged by the suggestion on linux-kernel to keep this
development cycle short.
Is there support for the idea of integrating only the stuff that's
already fairly close to done
(plus misc drivers and bug fixes) and leaving the rest for 2.5 (perhaps
fork a separate
branch for 2.5 already)?

In any case, it might be useful to get a list of things that could be
done quickly and check
Linus' opinion on these.
