Well, now that you mention it... there was the
lightning strike that took out a microwave
base station; then there was the brass bolt which
somehow, some workman managed to drop through the
vents and into a server power supply... and the
batch of IBM hard drives that started dying like
aged fruit flies 4 weeks after installation...
