Hi,

sorry, but it is still the same error:

/dev/loop3 no appropriate device or address found

now, i did install looü-aes-v3.1c. followd the instructions:

>> > What does "ls -l /lib/modules/*/block/loop*" command say?

this says now:

bs@client4:~> ls -l /lib/modules/2.4.18-4GB/block/
insgesamt 64
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root        60595 Mär 23 13:21 loop.o

the date is o.k.. my computer doesn't recognize it yet - i will fix that
later ... .
further ideas?
