how switch from cryptoloop 2.4.22 to dm-crypt 2.6.4?

Hello,

I'm using many years cryptoapi and cryptoloop with encrypting my data file 
through loop interface under 2.4.xx kernels

Now I install kernel 2.6.4 and there dm-crypt.

Can I connect existing my data file with dm-crypt or need create and encrypt 
all data file again ?

It have size 4GB, cipher - blowfish, digest - sha512.

I connect it with losetup like: 
losetup -e blowfish -P sha512 /dev/loopX /usr/local/big_enrypted_data_file

If I can use this file without reencryption - how make this with dmsetup and 
dm-crypt ?

I carefully read dm-crypt site, but still misunderstood how connect this loop 
file normal.
