You are using wrong util-linux patch here.

How about using util-linux-2.12pre + util-linux-2.12pre.diff
from loop-AES package.

> losetup -p0 -e aes-cbc-256 /dev/loop0 ~scorpio/TESTE
> ioctl: LOOP_SET_STATUS: Invalid argument

losetup -p0 -e AES256 /dev/loop0 ~scorpio/TESTE
