     First permit me to write you without formal introduction. I got
your address from the bankers association claims department.I am ALH.
USUMAN BELLO financial consultant with the bank. of the North and the
brother-in-law to Alhaji Bashir Dalhatu a
former minister of Power and Steel.

Sometime in December 1995,the said minister used our bank to stash away
the sum of Dm1.9billion.This sum was an amendment to the contacts for
the construction of aluminum smelter plant in Ikot Abasi(Nigeria).The
construction company,Ferrostal AG of Germ
any that initiated the amendment heard since gotten their share of the
money before the death of my brother in-law and minister.

The deal was blown open in May 1999 and the eventual death of my

Dm 20 million in our custody in the ban
k known only to myself. I am now seeking your permission to have you
stand as the beneficiary of the fund. I shall make all papers relevant to
this transaction to you and in your favour .You shall be compensated
with 20% of the total sum. All that shall be required of you is good faith
to give to me what belongs to me as soon as the transaction is concluded.
