The solution for this list, which is the one adopted by a lot of lists 
(like recently gnupg.org mialing-lists) is : moderation.

All the e-mails received from addresses who hadn't subscribed are sended 
to a moderator, who validate every week the *real* linux questions, and 
delete all spams...
