Your /etc/fstab line should look something like this:

/dev/hdaX  /mountpoint  ext2  defaults,noauto,loop=/dev/loop0,encryption=AES128  0  0
                                              ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
