2.4.19 patch for loop.c needed !

Hi ,
   I had got 2.4.19 Linux Kernel. And i also got the patch-int-2.4.19.0.
But i could not find the patch for loop-[hvr/jari/aes] for 2.4.19.

Does patch-int-2.4.19.0 contains the patch for loop.c also.
