Do tell me what to patch from where ?

Whether i have to patch 'patch-int-2.4.18.3' first or 
   'loop-jari-2.4.18.0.patch' ?

Or else do i have to deal with 'cryptoapi-0.1.0-pre4.tar.gz' ?
