patches for loop-AES against util-linux-2.11t and against Debian

Hello people,

I've ported the util-linux-2.11r-*.diff's of loop-AES-1.6e over to
util-linux-2.11t.

The only change was to change swap() to do_swapon() since that was renamed
upstream and to include forward declarations of Jari's crypto functions so
that gcc doesn't bother me with warnings.

I've also ported the Debian patch against util-linux-2.11n over to
util-linux-2.11t and at the same time rid it of the international crypto
patch.

The patched Debian package "mount" runs well here so far.
