RE: Announce loop-AES-v1.3b file crypto package

        For whatever reason, I could not download it. When clicked "save" in
the adobe menue within my browser, it claimed, "A file I/O error has
occurred. The file connection timed out." However, I did this just after it
said "done" in the lower left of my Internet Explorer browser! I was sitting
there babysitting it to finish. Do you have an FTP link for it?

        In addition, I noticed the table of contents paged looked somewhat
weird perhaps that was the issue.
