atomicity of digest implementations in 2.4.0.2

Hi all,

The software implementations of ciphers are all marked as atomic, but
the digests algorithms are not.

It looks, to me, like there is a missing
di->trans.t_atomicapi = 1;
from register_digest.

Any comments?
