This is a known bug. It's on Ted's todo list (linux24.sourceforge.net)
in section (to do, but no showstopper). This is why it is still there. A
fix exists, but isn't merged would probably be the better section,
because there is a patch by Jens Axboe that seems to fix the problem.
But then agian, they may not be sure _why_ it fixes it:
