By the way, I thought about how a wise friend of mine once sent me an email
when I was getting bent out of shape with one Jerome Etienne.  The subject
line was "Now, Now" and the body said "I sense you're getting testy".

It was the perfect thing to say.  I thought about quoting it in the email I
sent to both of you, but only you would have gotten it ;-)

I probably would have sent out something a little sooner, but I was busy
preparing an extended abstract for ALS in Oakland.  Today's the deadline ;-)
