At the moment, it doesn't quite handle arcs and circles properly (but the maps don't appear to use those. And the text spacing is a bit screwy. Right now, it takes the naplps source data and converts it to a postscript output file. After the first release, I'm going to modularize the interface routines, and write a WxWindows frontend, and possibly a QT frontend.
