Sorry again. The upload seems to have been incomplete.
The documentation is usually included in the enclosed files.
Please download:
http://data.pilotage.com/software/cd_faa/faa_doc_021128.zip
for the format documentation.
There may be other files missing. I shall rezip and relupoad
the whole directory later this week and post a notice here.
