As I understand it, the answer is yes. It has momentum and all that
stuff that makes it almost, but not quite entirely unusable. The guy
who modeled it seemed to know a lot more about the effects than I do
so I'm trusting his judgement. Feel free to try it out and see if it
behaves as you'd expect. I'm sure that feed back from additional
people who know how it should work in real life would be appreciated.
