This is the third time you have said this, and I have not seen a
Cite yet.
Based on what regulation?

Where does it say NOS AND Jepp is legal and any other source of
current info is not?

It may not be be smart, but not illegal.

I'm not talking about making stuff up, The Approaches are in the data.
