Yes, DUATS does indeed. As a part of the FAAs information dispensing
programme, DUATS records are even used to verify if a pilot obtained weather
and other information before flight. As such, DUATS has to have up to the
minute information.
Such verification is necessary in case there's an accident or incident and
the NTSB wants to know whether to blame the pilot or not :)
