It is the FAA Airspace and facility data.
The site, if I can type it all in correctly:
www.faa.gov/nfdcata100/120/120stan.html.
It has airport info, nav aid info, control center freq., boundaries
restricted airspace, ils info, airspace fixes....
more crap than you can shake a stick at.
The file names on that page link to descriptions of the data
fields themselves.
The descriptions don't do justice to some of the contents.
There is info in the files I would not have realized was there
just from the descriptions.
