That is my understanding as well.
Could we also put related processing and list related software packages
there as well?

Maybe that was not clear from my original post.
I don't mean to suggest mailing it thru the list, more along
the lines of putting it someplace for a limited time and notifying
the members and allowing something like a week for everyone to get it.
Less of a chance of drawing attention to the fact it's out there
if there is a concern someone may get upset it's out there.
It would appear the internal engrs. that posted the old copy were
shut down by someone. Then again maybe the guy maintaining it just
got another job, who knows.
I'd be happy to write and post some perl code to split all the files
into some delimited format.
I'd also like to see them in a relational database of some sort as
well. There is or at least was a free copy of oracle kicking around
for linux, but that would be overkill probably.
