   I can appreciate taking advantage of a "deal" to save money when
you can, but is messing with 9 track tapes verses CD-ROM really worth
it?  Personally, I don't see $36 for the new CD-ROM distribution as
being unreasonable. That works out to just $216 for a one year
subscription, (which also includes a 4 month notice when format
changes are coming).

P.S. The woman at the FAA I spoke with to order the CD-ROM indicated
  that *all* the files described on the new web site are included.
