I'm no expert in Licensing and I hope someone more qualified can
correct me too, but this is how I see the scenario :

Since you have releasesd the code under GPL in the first place, it
means that you must mention the GPL while distributing it to the
"closed-source company".

If you liscence it to the closed-source company first, they will make
sure that they get a NDA from you so that you do not go around making
it open source later.

I don't know if you can revoke a license once ur code is released.
Again, I hope some qualified person validates my rants.
