Hello,

my question seems to be off-topic here, on the other hand I find this list as the most appropriate for such newbie questions :)

Can you recommend some simple (easy to understand) and open source bootloader for studying purposes? I'm aware that bootloader behavior heavily depends on architecture and board it's running on, but I assume there should be common features and mechanisms as well.

I'd appreciate any links and advices. Thanks.
