Sure, why not? Most BIOSes have a page where you can tell what you
want to use as a wake up source.

How is it done in the hardware: via the RX line ? the CTS line ?


and in the software ? do i need to register an interrupt on the wake-up line ?
is there any relevant API I need to use ?
