It is because of some
cpu reservation patche that i was trying out ,.....I removed the
patches and it worked fine...
bt I wonder The message "Uncompressing Kernel Imge"...
was coming from the bootloader,u-boot. It was not from the kernel.
any ways thanx all for ur support..
