I don't really understand by what you mean by saying driver from user
space. You'll certainly be able to use your device - just that you
need to know how to use it.
and that too without a driver  :) ? I need a driver as a kernel module
or as a user space program using libusb or usbdevfs.

I'm not that sure about libusb and usbdevfs. I had thought that libusbfs works on top of usb device filesystem. Please correct me if i'm wrong.
