Why tcp_collapse()? Unnecessary copying of data??
Hi,
I wonder why there is tcp_collapse() in tcp_input.c - it seems to copy
tcp payload! (merges packets together and frees some of them).
This seems to be quite a high and unnecessary overhead!!
Or is there any good reason for that?
Thanks,
Tomas
