What gives? You copy my subject line word for word(you made it all caps) and list members answer your e-mail and ignore mine!

 

Did I forget the secret handshake? Is there some sort of initiation rite I have neglected. Wish somebody would tell me because my linux career is in jeopardy if I can't even boot into the OS.

I have modified one module in the existing kernel-2.4.20-8.
  when i recompiled the kernel,it gave following errors:
      /bin/insmod exited abnormally while loading jbd.o module
      /bin/insmod exited abnormally while loading ext3.0 module
      mount:error 19 mounting ext3
      kernel panic: no init found try passing init=option to kernel

pls help me in fixing this
