MODULE_LICENSE("GPL") in an LGPL driver

Hi all,

In my LGPL licensed driver, would it possible to set the
MODULE_LICENSE as ("GPL")? Would there be any legal issues regarding
this?

This setup is being used in the he.c driver in the drivers/atm/ folder.

Why is there no "LGPL" ident?
