/proc/kallsyms ??

Right now I have EXPORT_NO_SYMBOLS in my kernel.
But all my symbols show up in /proc/kallsyms.

Isn't this wrong? Am I missing something here??
I thought you would need EXPORT_SYMBOL(symbol_name) in
your source in order for it to show up in /proc/kallsyms...???
