6.10.8 Predefined macro names

      [#1]  The  following macro names148) shall be defined by the
       implementation:

       ...

       __FILE__ The presumed name of the  current  source  file  (a
                character string literal).149)

       __LINE__ The presumed line number (within the current source
                file)  of  the  current  source  line  (an  integer
                constant).149)
