UNMAP a raw device

After mapping a block device using the "raw" utility, how can I unmap it?
Say,

raw /dev/raw/raw15 /dev/sda
raw -qa
    /dev/raw/raw15: bound to major 8, minor 16

No I want to unmap it. How can I do that?
